The Qiyuan Q07 SUV and A07 sedan are different vehicles. A comparison with Tesla or BYD needs the correct body style and powertrain first; an attractive domestic headline price does not establish an overseas buyer's total cost.

Compare an identified configuration, not a mixture of model claims

Obtain the Q07 configuration record and separate battery capacity, the stated test cycle and total hybrid range. An electric-only figure and a combined petrol-and-electric figure answer different questions. Neither should be compared directly with another vehicle's range measured under a different cycle.

For family use, check rear-seat access, luggage space with the seats occupied and the fitted air-conditioning controls. For regular charging, establish the connector and the AC and DC specifications of the available unit.

Driver assistance and warranty are separate checks

Request a demonstration of the assistance functions fitted to the car and establish whether software, maps and account services work in the destination country. Driver assistance is not autonomous driving. A China-market warranty or upgrade promise should not be presented as lifetime overseas coverage without written eligibility confirmation.
