Dongfeng Yipai eπ007+: Official Images Released, Launch Scheduled for November 10th with LiDAR as Standard

On October 30th, we obtained the official images of the eπ007+ model, a mid-to-large-sized sedan under Dongfeng Yipai, from the brand's official channel. This vehicle has already completed the declaration with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Its most notable change is the LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) equipped on the roof, which is expected to enhance its advanced driver assistance functions. The car is scheduled to be launched on November 10th.

In terms of exterior design, as an additional model variant, it inherits the design style of the existing models, featuring a concise and smooth overall shape. The narrow and sharp headlight clusters exude a strong presence, and when matched with the simple double-T-shaped brand logo, they create a front face with a sense of technology and futurism. Meanwhile, the vehicle offers two new exterior color options: Sky Gray and Harbor Blue.

On the side profile, the car boasts smooth lines, and is equipped with hidden door handles and body-colored double five-spoke alloy wheels. The rear end looks very neat, with taillight lines echoing the headlights at the front, which not only has a modern feel but also high recognition. Additionally, the vehicle adds configurations such as an intelligent driving blue indicator light.

According to the declaration information, the eπ007+ has a length, width and height of 4880/1915/1476 mm respectively, with a wheelbase of 2915 mm, positioning it as a mid-to-large-sized sedan.

The biggest highlight of the eπ007+ lies in the LiDAR on the roof, indicating that it possesses strong environmental perception capabilities and will achieve a major breakthrough in the field of intelligent advanced driver assistance. At the same time, the new car comes standard with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295P chip, LiDAR, speed-sensitive electric rear spoiler and other configurations, greatly enhancing the driving and riding experience of this model.

In terms of power, the vehicle will offer two options: an extended-range version and a pure electric version. The extended-range version, which has completed the declaration, is equipped with an extended-range system consisting of a 1.5L engine and an electric motor. The maximum power of the engine is 77 kW, and the maximum power of the motor is 160 kW, and it will be paired with a lithium iron phosphate battery. The pure electric version, on the other hand, is equipped with dual motors and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in the 3-second range.

For more information about the new car, we will continue to follow up and report.
