Recently, we learned that the Haval H6L will be launched on November 18th. Positioned as a mid-size SUV, the new model can be regarded as the fuel version of the Xiaolong MAX. Compared with the Haval H6, the H6L has a body length extended by 155mm and a wheelbase increased by 130mm.
In terms of exterior design, the Haval H6L adopts the "Rhythmic Natural Aesthetics" design concept, sharing a similar styling with the Xiaolong MAX. However, it features a newly added air inlet above the license plate, and the air deflectors on both sides have also been optimized. The new model is equipped with a through-type light group and an X-shaped front bumper.
Regarding body dimensions, the Haval H6L has a length, width, and height of 4800/1895/1730mm respectively, with a wheelbase of 2810mm. Its straight and taut shoulder line connects the front and rear lights. At the rear, unlike the Haval H6 which uses a through-type taillight design, the H6L is equipped with "lava eruption"-style taillights that inherit the X-shaped design language from the front. Additionally, the rear bumper is adorned with a diffuser-style trim.
For the interior, the new model offers three color schemes and a 64-color ambient lighting system. It is equipped with a HUD (Head-Up Display) and a 14.6-inch central control screen, powered by the Coffee OS 3 cockpit system and a 10-speaker 5.1-channel audio system. The front seats come with ventilation, heating, and massage functions, while the rear seats support two-level backrest adjustment (27° and 32°).
The Haval H6L comes standard with the L2-level advanced driver assistance system, featuring 25 active safety protection functions including Lane Departure Warning, Emergency Lane Keeping, Blind Spot Monitoring, and Driver Fatigue Reminder. Its intelligent parking system is compatible with more than 200 types of parking spaces.
In terms of power, the Haval H6L is the first model to adopt Great Wall's 6th-generation engine technology. It is equipped with a 2.0T turbocharged engine, delivering a maximum power of 175kW and a peak torque of 385N·m. Matched with a 9-speed DCT wet dual-clutch transmission, the new model accelerates from 0 to 100km/h in 7.2 seconds, with a WLTC (Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Cycle) combined fuel consumption of 7.4L per 100km.
