Eastern Technology and Luxury: A 30-Day Experience with the New Denza N7

Denza stands out uniquely among Chinese brands, born out of a joint venture between BYD and Mercedes-Benz. Despite its tumultuous development journey, it carries the technological heritage of BYD and the luxury DNA of Mercedes-Benz. This young brand is interpreting technology and luxury from the East in its own way. The new Denza N7 can be said to embody the essence of the Denza brand. After 30 days of driving, here are two highlights and features that are most worth sharing. ------

"Eye of Heaven" Advanced Intelligent Driving Assistance System. The new Denza N7 is equipped with the "Eye of Heaven" advanced intelligent driving assistance system. The top-end version adopts the DiPilot 300 system, which is equipped with numerous sensors and supports navigation-assisted driving functions in both urban and highway scenarios. The navigation-assisted driving function can be activated on highways, and currently, the urban navigation-assisted driving function is only available in Shenzhen. ------

By the way, regarding electricity consumption, when I picked up the car, the total mileage was 15 km. Over the past 30 days, the total mileage has reached 1,293 km, with a displayed electricity consumption of 18.5 kWh/100 km. Considering the 91.3 kWh battery capacity, in daily driving scenarios, the range on a full charge is approximately 500 km. In terms of cost, since I use a home charging pile at 0.6 yuan per kWh, the electricity cost per kilometer is only 0.11 yuan, which is indeed very economical.
