On March 19th, we obtained the declaration information of the new Buick E5 from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The new vehicle adopts a unitized body construction, positioning itself as a pure electric mid-to-large-sized SUV equipped with a lithium iron phosphate battery. The front face of the new vehicle has undergone minor adjustments.
The exterior design of the new vehicle largely carries over the design of the currently available model, but the styling above the front air intake grille has undergone minor adjustments. The original fish-scale corrugated decorative panel has been replaced with a rounded and smooth overall surface.
The rear of the vehicle is equipped with a full-width taillight, similar to the currently available model, enhanced by a chrome trim strip in the middle that adds to the vehicle's imposing stance. The new vehicle offers two wheel sizes: 245/60 R18 and 245/55 R19. In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 4892mm in length, 1905mm in width, and 1681 (or 1683)mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2954mm.
