The All-New XPeng P7: A Comprehensive Leap Forward in Tech, Comfort, and Performance

In the blink of a decade, riding the wave of new energy vehicles (NEVs), China’s auto industry has undergone earth-shaking changes. Practically, high-speed navigation, urban navigation, automatic parking, remote parking, memory parking, and remote summon are all standard. Other driving aids include full-speed adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, lane departure warning, traffic sign recognition, front/rear collision warning, active braking, reverse trajectory tracking, 360° panoramic imaging with 180° transparent chassis, blind-spot monitoring, and door-opening collision warning—all included for comprehensive safety.

Matching its supercar-like stance is supercar-level performance. The all-new XPeng P7 offers single-motor and dual-motor versions: the single-motor variant delivers 270kW maximum power and 465N·m maximum torque, with an official 0-100km/h acceleration time of 5.4s; the dual-motor version boasts 437kW maximum power and 695N·m maximum torque, hitting 0-100km/h in just 3.7s—delivering a thrilling push-back feeling with every acceleration. A sound wave system further amplifies the excitement for drivers seeking more thrill.

To optimize handling, the vehicle upgrades both hardware and algorithms: a front all-aluminum double-wishbone + rear five-link suspension, paired with dual-chamber air springs and DCC (Dynamic Chassis Control) intelligent variable damping shock absorbers (adjusting damping in real time based on road conditions). This enhances vibration filtering and adapts to both comfort and sporty driving needs. Additionally, an AI smart chassis—capable of identifying road conditions and adjusting shock absorbers in advance—optimizes dynamic responsiveness and driving stability proactively.

For braking, front Brembo two-way four-piston fixed calipers ensure consistent braking performance without decay, with a braking distance of just 33.16 meters—letting aggressive drivers enjoy the ride while staying safe.

Range anxiety is a thing of the past: as a pure electric vehicle, it offers three CLTC (China Light-duty Vehicle Test Cycle) range options—702km, 820km, and 750km—with an average range over 700km. Paired with 5C fast charging, it takes just 11-12 minutes to charge from 10% to 80%, and a 10-minute charge adds 525km of range—making long-distance electric driving hassle-free.
