Direct answer: Choose the AION N60 410 LiDAR Ultra when a five-seat battery EV, moderate official range and LiDAR-assisted driver support suit the route better than paying for the 510 or 610 versions. AION's China-market table lists a 45.582 kWh battery and 410 km CLTC range for this exact trim; treat 410 km as a laboratory-cycle reference, not a guaranteed delivery route.

The charging time is AION's reference under stated test conditions. Charger output, battery temperature, state of charge and the exact vehicle can change the result.
410 vs 510 vs 610: choose by usable route, not the largest number
The 410 version is the rational choice when normal journeys leave a charging reserve and a reliable charger is available. The 510 and 610 versions add nominal range, but they also carry larger 57.433 kWh and 69.753 kWh batteries in AION's table. Compare the price difference with the extra range you will actually use; a larger battery does not fix an incompatible connector or sparse destination charging.
Choose the 410 trim
for urban, airport, family or regional use where the planned longest day fits a conservative range budget and overnight charging is dependable.
Compare 510 or 610
when long intercity legs, high-speed driving, heat, cold, hills or limited chargers would regularly consume the 410 version's reserve.
Do not approve any trim yet
if the charge-port standard, software region, registration eligibility or battery evidence has not been matched to the destination.
What the LiDAR Ultra name does and does not prove
AION lists one LiDAR and GAC GSD advanced driver-assistance equipment for the 410 LiDAR Ultra. That identifies sensing and assistance hardware; it does not make the vehicle autonomous and does not prove that every function, map, mobile app or connected service will operate outside China. Confirm the equipment on the actual VIN, inspect the sensor area and test warning, camera and calibration status before shipment. The driver remains responsible for the vehicle.
Best-fit buyer and operating scenario
This N60 is strongest for a buyer who can charge where the car parks, needs five seats and values an easy-to-package 4.615 m vehicle with independent rear suspension. A high-mileage highway operator should estimate consumption from speed, climate, passengers and reserve rather than dividing the route by 410. Use our range estimator first, then reject the 410 trim if the conservative result does not cover the longest routine day.
Seven checks to complete before an export order
- Match VIN, build date and Chinese trim name to 410 LiDAR Ultra; do not rely on the English listing alone.
- Photograph the AC and DC charge ports and verify connector, voltage, protocol and local public-charger compatibility.
- Record battery state of charge, warnings, diagnostic codes and a controlled charge or road test on the exact unit.
- Test LiDAR, cameras, parking sensors and driver-assistance warnings; document any calibration or regional limits.
- Confirm interface language, maps, mobile application, eSIM, OTA updates and account transfer outside China.
- Inspect battery casing, underbody, tyres, glass, lights, structure and transport damage before loading.
- Check steering side, model year, safety rules, EV certification, taxes and registration with the destination authority.
Source and data boundary
Technical figures above come from AION's official China-market N60 model and configuration pages, reviewed 9 September 2026. The official table says configurations may change and the delivered vehicle controls. YIHUI therefore confirms the current unit and quotation separately before contract.
AION N60 410 export questions
Will the N60 travel 410 km in normal use?
Do not budget a journey as if 410 km were guaranteed. CLTC is a standardized China test value; speed, temperature, traffic, elevation, payload, tyre pressure, HVAC and battery condition change practical range. Estimate the longest route with a reserve and verify the exact car.
Does LiDAR mean the N60 can drive itself?
No. LiDAR supports the listed driver-assistance system, but the driver remains responsible. Functions can also depend on sensors, calibration, maps, software and market availability. Test the VIN-level vehicle before export.
Can the N60 fast-charge in my country?
Only after the physical connector and communication protocol are matched to local stations. A plug adapter alone may not solve protocol, voltage, authorization or charging-power differences. Request port photographs and a compatibility check before payment.
